What is fascia?
Your body isn't just physical but dimensional. Beyond connective tissue it is a mycelial map of ancient memory and magic.The fascial system is a continuous multi dimensional web which forms the body including muscles, organs, and bones. We will explore how energy flows through morphogenetic fields as the body and how restrictions form across space and time. We will recognize persecution wounds, learn how to permanently unwind long held restrictions, feel and expand the magnetic field of the heart space, and work with breathing and vocal toning to keep the blood and nervous system well nourished. Each are crucial interconnected pieces to experience maximum flow and connection as a being experiencing earth. When you turn on these plasmatic technologies within, you can weave reality in a much more harmonic coherent way. You will leave with a substantial toolkit after four days of hands on healing work to continue to release restrictions and access more of you in daily life.

Ellis is a licensed massage therapist specializing in myofascial release. He has been practicing bodywork since 2013 and loves to learn new techniques from around the world. Ellis practices Reiki, cupping, gua sha, intuitive massage, active isolated stretching and more. Ellis has two 200 hour yoga trainings and is deeply connected to the 8 limb path. Ellis is passionate about teaching and learning and helping people tap into their truth and their bodies on a deeper and more connected level.
